Tractor Sizing is my Buck 470 large enough to run this.?

I've got about 12-15 acres that I can not get anyone to hay anymore..SO it looks like I'm going to have to start mowing it.!
I'm wondering if my buck is big enough to run something like this..

All I have now is a 48" finish mower, and it would take me a month to mow with that..

well shoot.! My wife will be happy to hear that.!
What about a sickle bar.? I'm looking for something to help mow this field a little faster then an 48" finish mower.

I'd like to mow just 3-4 times a year. So.. 14"-18" tall maybe..
