I read and post both here at TBN and over at the QDMA.com site. (Quality Deer Management Association). Somtimes I dabble into other similar sites...but these are the sites I prefer to read.
I see many of the same folks that post here go to the QDMA site to read on food plots. They also have some tractor and equipment discussions at QDMA....but they are (currently) a better resource for "food plots" and this site is better for equipment and tractor advice.
I posted on QDMA about having a tractor forum.....after this topic was brought up here. Seems to be allot of support to start a tractor and equipment forum on the QDMA site too.
I'm not sure if each site would be better with the additional forums or if its good as is. Both forums provide lots of help for me. I'm not sure where you could get this diverse info - if not for these sites and the great contributors. Thanks!! :thumbsup:

I also stop by the QDMA site occasionally. I think a food plot forum would be good move here on TBN, anyways. We have a lot of members and onlookers. The QDMA forums don't get the action like most of our forums do over here. It gets pretty slow with not many posts at times.
I think a food plot forum would go good here and be pretty active. Many of us do food plots since we have the equipment and land, anyways. Some of the QDMA people would join up over here if there's activity. We have a pretty well rounded bunch of people, you know...

Food plots are the primary reason I bought a tractor in the first place.Also do a lot of clearing,maintainace work on the property.Of course snow removal comes in a close second.

I've been trying to figure out how to use a CUT to prepare a rice paddy. But I just can't seem to get how to till it without sinking the darn thing to China.
