Nevertheless, it's good for those reading here (or anywhere) to understand the background.
Personally, I think that you've done the right thing by posting the videos and recorded calls .... the best way to push these (government) retards into action is to shine a really, really bright light in their direction. Sounds like Boss Hawg is well on his way to blowing a gasket. (I hope you started with the "light" stuff and have even more juicy stuff in reserve)

The thought of
being investigated noisily probably has him quaking in his boots .....
and the degree to which he quakes, could be considered a measure of how much dirt there may exist to be uncovered ....
You might want to consider taking out an ad in the local paper asking for people to contact you with similar stories of governmental abuse/corruption.

Daniel Harless, of the Canton Police Department was - now he's an international celebrity, much to his, and his fellow officers, chagrin I'd bet.
I agree with some of the posts that you need to really go on the offensive (easy for me to say) with the Kirkes - and make it
painful for them to continue their own complete irresponsibility for their own livestock, and attempting to prevent you and your family from quietly enjoying your own property. You need to be completely legal and ethical in doing so however.
You and the others in your area who have been personally effected by their actions, should document your difficulties in clearly written
affidavits that are sworn to -
under the penalty of perjury - before an
officer of the court (attorney), or state official (notary public) These need to very detailed, accurate (no generalizations, conclusions, etc. - just
facts: who, what, when, and where) and entirely truthful.
For instance, an allegation that the Kirkes poisoned your dog is a
conclusion ..... but the fact that you had a confrontation with Kirkes .... and your dog was poisoned a day later are simply
facts. Avoid conclusions - it's much better when people draw their own, rather than being fed them - just make sure that you provide enough facts so that it's relatively easy for them to do so.
One avenue of attack against Kirkes is they are apparently distributors or resellers for cattle equipment that is produced by one or more companies. These companies are quite possibly unaware that they may have people of
questionable moral and ethical character representing them. If I were a company owner, I'd sure want to be aware of that.
The idea on the affidavits to find as many
publics for them as possible. TBN is one example of a public. So could any forums or trade associations that Kirkes are on or belong to.
Heck, you could go up there and hand them out to general public at some community event .... like a county fair, or whatever ....
