I've been seeing this truck going up and down the road for the past few years, usually towing an equipment trailer for a lawn care contractor. Today it was parked and for sale, so I had to take a closer look. It's an F-350 with diesel and manual tranny. I don't know if it started out as a crew cab pickup or a long wheelbase chassis-cab, but someone has grafted the front 2+ feet of a pickup box onto the front of an 8 foot box. Both front bulkheads are still in place.
Interesting concept.

Despite what the fender emblems say, I would be willing to bet that it is realy an F-Super Duty 450. I am basing this on the fact that the truck appears to have front leaf springs , and solid front axle.

If the price is cheap enough, perhaps you could purchase it and make some extra money on the side. Some possibilities are: Rent it out as an "open air LIMO", a tour bus-of sorts- to view the local attractions or places of interest, or use it yourself for a SUPER tailgate party during the GAME for you and all your friends.:laughing::thumbsup::cool2::drink::tractor:Happy Tractoring.

Oh my gosh I 've found my dream truck. That is absolutely perfect for everything in the whole world. Awesome!

If it was around here I'd probably buy it!!!!!

I was looking into doing the same thing with a 450 cab/chasis but opted out due to the expense of buying two beds, and paying a body shop to graft them. I wanted the bulkheads removed between the two beds and the seam tastefully done. That wasn't going to be cheap, plus the cost of the two beds, though one could have been smashed in from the rear. Additional gas cap lids would come in handy when installing extra tank for the added capacity.
10 foot beds are great for hauling lumber, fishing poles and anything else LONG!

Knock out the second bulkhead to make it a fully usable 10' box and it would be great.

I would really like to have a 10' box.

That's a nice looking setup....someone did a good job blending the boxes together.

I believe F-350's of that age had a solid front axle and leaf springs. I know the 4wd ones I have driven did. The F-250 had the twin beam set-up, and I still think the leaf springs. I believe even the 2wd 350's had a solid axle, I know the dump truck I drove for a while was a 1988 with a solid axle, 2wd. Don't know if GVWR made a difference or not.

It would be a #@^%$ to parallel park... Is it 4x4? If it were closer and the price was right I'd be looking at it too.

One of my neighbors somewhere around my place has a similar truck, Ford F-350 or more, 4x4, long bed, but he added a 3'rd row seat and doors. So he has a 6 door!!! It is pretty flipping awesome looking when it blows past on RTE1...

All my kids could have a window seat... :D

Number of bolts on the rims gives it away, its an F-super so a 450.
