Mowing Use Low Gear on hills!!

That's what the guy thought that locked the rear wheels on his pickup truck with snow/ice on the ground and went through the intersection backwards when the traffic signal was red. Then it was determined the wheels with the least traction take the lead and anti lock brakes were developed.

A pickup truck on slick pavement and a tractor on a hill slick that is as snot is hardly the same thing. The hill and condition of the ground will determine which wheels have the least traction once the slide is started. A tractor sometimes slides down a hill front first. And sometimes it doesn't. A red traffic light at the end of the slide doesn't impress me. A 50 foot cliff at the end of the slide does.
