Any better solutions for air cleaner Bracket

I put double 3/4 or 1'' fender washers between the black round braket and the brass colored bracket .
I used double fender washers between the brass bracket & the engine too.
Look at the other side opposit of hand holding bracket .
I added a fairly stiff spring between the holes and ran the bolt through the spring and holes .
I made this modification about 4 years ago and no problem since.

I replaced the broken bracket with a giant wire-tie...seems to work ok

what about a complete refab using all metal parts and some foam or rubber vibration pads?

Me to 6 years a go on bx23 after the second one broke. Still the same wire tie!
