Price Check Price for L235, with mid mower deck, 1138 hours

This tractor has been stored in a barn. No oil leaks to my inexperienced eye.

I'm buying a house with 16 acres. The seller have this tractor, and I think they would be glad to sell it to me. I'm trying to figure out what to offer.

I'll need a tractor. There are about 5-6 acres of lawn to mow, and I want to put in a big vegetable garden. 9 acres are under a forest conservation easement, and I can't mess with it. The driveway is 800 feet long, but it doesn't snow that often.

If this L235 has a loader it may be worth $5-$6k but $2k less without it. Finding a loader for it later would be unlikely. Most people would want a loader with that much land/garden/woodlot.
