Rusted floorboard on RTV 900

Have a 3 year old RTV 900 that has had it's floorboard pretty much disintegrate. The paint has peeled off and the rust has taken over the seams and surfaces, even up under the dash. Has anyone else had this problem? I have a much older one that gets the same use in the same environment with almost no rust issues. I am a loyal Kubota customer, but this really bothering me.

Mine is still entact, but it has been parked under a shed for the life of the unit.

Where is the rust originating at? Around seams? Holes? All over?

I have the original year they came out. Is that close to ten years now?

Are you the only person that has owned it? Was it bought from a Coastal (Ocean location) Dealer?

No rust on mine, but I keep it in a garage when I am not using it and it is never expose to anything other than dirt. If you are tarping tightly in outside storage, that could be the reason for the rust under the dash and floorboards. Mine is an 06 and I wash if frequently including under the dash, under the hood and dump bed. No sign of rust. If you are using it for snow plowing after the road is salted or some other severe duty and not washing it down good after use, that would explain the rust.
If I were going to use any type ATV for that duty, I think I would have the whole thing Rhinocoated both upper and undercarriage surfaces.

Sorry about the slow reply: it is kept under cover at night. 1200 hours. If I could figure out how to include pictures I would (same pictures I sent my dealer). I am not coastal, but agricultural- mainly pulling some trailers around.

I spent a couple of hours today working on it. I pulled up the mat and what a mess. I am sanding, grinding and priming. Stopped by the auto parts place and picked up some metal Bondo/filler to try and patch. Then I'll final coat with Rhino coat.

Problem is that my dealer says it's my wear and tear that caused it. But I have an older one that has no problems with rust that gets same use. I am still making payments on the rusty one

I have the Special Edition and I'm also getting some rust on mine. Looks like they didn't prime it right or painted over dirty metal. The 04 model I traded didn't have any rust.
