Smoker idea ???

I'm not much of a grill guy, but you fellas have me wanting to make one from a 20lb tank just for the practice/fun. No smoker, just a grill.

Mark's got me feeling like I have to go out there, tail between legs, and take the Power Plasma to my DuKane.. (Should I save the infared rotisserie??)

I was thinking with a small tank, you could just put it in water to the level you want and somehow mark the water line and then cut. Easy way to get it even all the way around.

Here's an update...2nd turkey is on other side. That's the Boston Butt in the middle there...about 275 degrees...Put them on at 10:15 am...picture taken at 2 pm.
