Went to fire it up. No go. Took apart. Lots of spark - actually use a spark plug... go figure.
Not drawing fuel. About half a tank. Fan works. Could the impeller have dried out?
Also, anyone know of a manual or can you explain the two plastic adjustment screws on the
fan/pump end of the unit.

TIA

Found their site... prices are actually very inexpensive.
Anyone ever repair these things?

check your rubber pick up hose, mine had a small crack in it a couple of years ago and would not pick up the fuel. Replaced the hose and it works fine. :)

edit: it may not have been a pick up hose.

I've never worked on my Dayton 110K btu unit, but I expect any time now, at 12 years old though, it has been pretty reliable.

Sorry I cant help you.

I may be asking you when I go to take mine out and it's a no go

They sure come in handy when you need them.

Thanks all. I believe this thing is 10-12+ years old. Can't remember when I bought it.
Worked perfectly up till now. First time cleaning or maintaining it. Switched to diesel last year
based on info from TBN. Less fumes - cleaner burning.

Will keep ya posted. A few reference sites for you.

About those 2 adjustment screws.... 1 is a port to screw a pressure gauge into. Most are 1/4" NPT. The pressure is fairly low ( about 4-7 psi).
The other is the screw to adjust the pressure. Clockwise increases pump pressure and vice versa.
I agree with the fella that said a cracked rubber hose could potentially cause your problem. I had the same problem.
