Well finally I found the leak on my M7040 front tire!
And now I had enough!!!! Tomorrow my front BX tires WILL BE TUBED! After 4 years of pumping!!!!
And a tire compare my 35 inc Ford Raptor tire and the M7040 R4 tire just behind, must be around 36 inc.

I had one in the same area a few years back, the only thing that would hold was a mushroom plug.

I tube every tire I repair. Fixes those slow leak problems that can drive you nuts, especially if the air is not handy.

I run tubeless in most of ours as it is much easier to repair in the field or really anywhere else.

I've owned BXs so I've had the "one front tire leaks air" experience on several. One or more I had tubed at my expense and one I took back to my dealer (Barlows) after learning here that it is a common problem and not my fault. Barlows had a tube installed at their expense after I asked them to do that instead of another tire. Tubes took care of that particular issue of the one front tire leaking air.
I've also had flats on two different tires on my Kubota F mowers that were punctures. I bought a repair kit from Advance Auto for around $12 that has all the necessary supplies to plug a tire. Everyone needs one of these kits for the punctured tire.
Bought a Honda Del Sol couple of months ago and one of the tires started going flat. Found the air leak at the rim. Took the tire to the tire shop to get it fixed which I figured would be the tube deal. The man took the tire off of the rim, ran a grinding/Dremel type tool all around both sides of the rim grinding down to bare shiny metal (took less than a minute per side), acted like he knew exactly what he was doing, applied some black stuff (probably rim sealer) around both sides of the rim, remounted tire to rim, handed tire back to me, I handed him $5 per his request and walked away. Put tire back on car and it has held every since, several weeks.
My BX 25 with R4s has one front tire that has leaked air before but so inconsistent that it hasn't been worth doing any thing to it. It's been months since I've added air to it. Fixed its self? I don't know but if it does it again then guess what I'm going to do with it? (Hint: It's going to cost me $5):)

Yes Triple R I agree!
Went this morning to my tire shop, they had a look at the BX front tires. They didnt like the idea of tubes because the valve-hole sits so much off center and they couldnt find tubes that fitted correct in these rims. They where afraid that normal tubes will get tvisted because they have to force the valve to fit the very of center valve hole. Correct or not, I will see what they came up with tomorrow.
