It is real easy to get tied up in opinions or thoughts before establishing and outlining the facts for all to see.

It was very confusing. I even had to go back and double check to be sure before I posted. Just to make sure I got everything right. But no doubt about it, the facts are all here.

It does sound like (so far) that the selling dealer is going to stand by their sale, and take good care of Kaw. And rightfully so with what we know so far.

Bottom line is it gets fixed without undue out of pocket expenses.

I think the tone of the original post was a bit premature. The Kioti broke but it wasn't Kioti's fault. In fact it was the fault of an installed non Kioti accessory.

Finally, again any backhoe puts undue strain on a tractor's underpinnings, the subframe mitigates it but it's still strain nonetheless.

One reason I prefer a backhoe specific unit...and own one.

This has yet to be determined. I agree that it is unlikely that it is kioti's fault. But it is also unlikely that it was the fault of woods. Woods has a good reputation.

I would say that the most likely cause was faulty installation, but we still cant rule out faulty castings, or a faulty hoe either.

I don't think he meant to say that. A backhoe specific unit, such as a Deere 110 or Kubota L39/45/M59 ect. have stronger backhoes. They are tractor and backhoe are built for one another, and therefore better integrated and much stronger.

I do agree though can we stop guessing whats going to happen, it doesn't change anything. Just let the OP tell us as it comes.:thumbsup:

yes lets wait till i hear from dealer on the results they come up with.

i will say we also have a true backhoe not an attachment, so the real heavy work has and is done with that. the little, lite work when needed has been done with this machine. nothing will beat a specific/purpose built machine. Ok i am done till i have more news and thanks all for replies and input. again sorry for no pics.
