kioti dk90
hello guys, new to the forums and wanted to put up pictures of our new dk90 we bought for snow removal duties. we got 3 remotes on it and are waiting on a front weight kit to come in. its nice that kioti standard features are pretty much all optional on the other brands. anyways, she'll be hooked up to a Shoule 92" inverted snowblower to clear a route of about 120 residential driveways in our city. got to try it out yesterday on our first real snow storm of the season and it was alot faster than truck/plow and it can only get faster the more we get accustomed to using it.

Nice pics, bet that moves tons  of snow in no time. Just wondering though, would a front mount not have been better if you are doing 120 driveways? Seems it would be easier and not so hard on the neck. :)

I'm curious how the snowblower works...do you have to drive through the snow before blowing it?

Looks like you have a great rig there, enjoy!

thanks for all the compliments guys!

in response to the questions about how the inverted blower works or why not a front mount unit here is a video of a contractor in canada who does over 3500 residential drives and has over 30 tractors set up like this. I had been talking this over with him to make sure it was the right move for us.

we have a front mount hydraulic high flow 84" unit on our asv rc100 that we use in a 63 unit development to move piles and do drives when there is more snow.

a pull type blower is a more efficient method than a front mount or standard 3pt blower.

Plus, with a pull type, you don't have to worry about eating your garage door
