Moss..hijack complete:laughing:

...sorry man:D

My friend. The fence is built. The horses are home and on my property. My daughters are glowingly happy, so is my wife.

Hijack away!

It is ALL GOOD Sir!

This thread has served me well. Alll the advice from TBN'ers was solid. The help from LstInThot and Jonnyc1999 was awesome. The pasture is WORKING!

I am a happy man.
I am blessed far beyond my worth.

Be well,
David

PS - Next I need saddles so the hijack is good too!

Lots of saddles now a days on CL if you want to go that route.
As you probably know each horse should be fitted with correct saddle and type of saddle your needs will be(roping,trail,western,english.etc).Also from your waist to the horn should be about 4" or a fist.
If you want to go new I could steer you in rite direction.
I recently had the tough task of measureing "Kandi" shown below for a new Christmas saddle. ;)

Here are some pictures from the HorseWarming party on Sunday...

LstInThot took these, he and/or some of his family are in some of the pictures... I think I see Jonnyc1999 and his girlfriend in one too...

It was a great party, many compliments to my wife and girls who did all of that part.

Be well,
David

Looks like a great well deserved party! Congratulations! I am guessing here but I do love the picture of Grandpa, Granddaughter and horse with pink halter :D Looks like a lot of happy folks. Still lots to do but it does have to feel good to get them home.

Tom,

Thank you! I'm not a Grandfather yet, but I could be! :D

That is me and my youngest daughter. My kids are 26, 13, 11 and 2.

Yes, I know where babies come from, straight from Heaven. I'd love to have a dozen more! Some people may think my wife and I are crazy, and they might be right!!!!

It was a great day. My older daughters have never thanked me so much EVER...

Be well,
David

It's been awhile.... are your horses getting any more adjusted to the property? What is the next plan of attack for the pasture area?

David, I hope you pardon my "Grand" error! Still looks like a wonderful family!
We finally have grass growing again in our pastures and that means I can stop haying these guys everyday! YEAH!! Now if it would stop raining (actually we need all we can get) I could get some fix up work done :)
I hope all is well with family and horses. Tom

Tom,

No blood, no foul! I do look a bit old and crusty, especially compared to my newest baby girl!

All is good sir. Enclosed is a recent shot of my baby girl watering the horses...

We are all doing fine and we are working on expanding the pasture further.

I hope all is well at your place also.

Thanks,
David
