I'd hate to see it go but. Getting something better. Had real fun with it. Getting my dealer to check the price on it for a trade price for a JD 6430 Premium. I wish I could keep both. Hope me and my dealer can get a right price. All I know I do not have to pay for the 12% normal tax that is applied for everything over here. Don't know what else to put on it. Have everything I need. Going to get the dealer to give a few options for free :)

Alright Edward!! That's a great way to start off the new year!

I'll be waitin' at the end of the driveway - motor runnin' - lookin' for that race! Although, you can only use the first 16 speeds... gotta make it fair!

That 6430 is a really really nice tractor. I came close to getting the 6430 with IVT transmission this summer but just could not justify the price. Hope it all works out for you.

I'd Love to race! Just Meet me somewhere in the middle of BC ? Or ill rent a semi to haul it up to Anchorage AK Problem is that the AutoQuad 24/24 is that D4 is actualy like a more of a C4. I'm guessing. I drove a 6430 Pretty much the same but standard doors and 16/16. Drove around it on the lot in C4 screwing around! So you do automatically win, can I use the first 20 gears? Or I can quickly shift from D4 to F4 you won't notice me pressing on the clutch because I will be using the clutching button on the shifter.

Oh boy it is! I cant wait! The tractor I drove on their lot was nice. But with the wider tires and the panoramic doors it will look real nice! I hope my trade goes through trying for at least 55K +. My specs on 6420 are 16/16 Speed, Squeaky Grammar Suspension seat. Some other crap. 90% tires. Overall good tractor but power wise not so much. Computer acts up on me when pulling heavy but don't tell my dealer that

Looking like a start to an excellent tractor! Good luck:thumbsup:

Thank you so much!

Just got a quote for $95,000. List is $105,000+. Just really hope my trade estimate will be enough for me to get the tractor.

Pretty good markdown there. I think you could get him down a couple thousand more though. About a 10% markdown if I'm doing my math right, usually there's a little more room.

Good luck!

I need to get the trade price, then we can start talking. ;) Do you reccomend any other options? I wanted the rear wiper but it has no effect for me. I think i'm going to add some rear fender extensions. I really need it since it has 600 rears :D

I am limited in experience past the 5000 series. But I will throw some things off the wall from what I've gone through.

I was going to recommend the fender extensions but looks like you have that covered. Also I don't know if it's standard or not but front fenders to keep the mud from flicking up onto the tractor's cab would be nice.

Get ALL the hydraulic options - not sure what all there is but get them all. Wont regret it and that way it doesn't cost you double to get it field installed vs the factory when you need it down the road.

Just looking at the webpage it looks like you can get an option additional 3ph lift capacity (2000lb more) could be useful if you use it a lot.

And ballast:thumbsup:

I'm not very familiar with them though, I haven't gotten to that big of a tractor... yet:D

Keeping my front weights from my 6420 so I have something to keep from my good ol' toy. I wont be using any more than 2 sets of SCVs for sure. I'm no guy that uses 4 sets of SCVs. Its Raising and lowering a disk, ripper and rotating the plow. Going to add a beacon possibly too. I think I wont be getting any rear weights tractor weighs plenty from those big rims :)
