Deere 3x20 "Error 61"

So I fired up the 3120 after getting a couple inches to plow the drive. Started right up, no problems, let it warm up a little and then drove it down and started plowing. Got maybe 2 passes done until I looked at the gauges, I noticed it said "Error 61." I didn't want to harm the tractor if something was wrong but it seemed to be running fine, I put it in the barn and finished with the Polaris anyway though. Came in and did a little research and I think it may mean a bad right blinker, does this sound right? Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it or what I should do. And if it is a burnt bulb I don't ever use them so how can I just clear the message?

you seem to have a bunch of fun toys at your house. got the polaris, john deere, bad *** duelly. **** what else you got

It means that your right red lamp is off or no turn signal on rops.

I would replace that bulb & your error message will more than likely go away. I'm not sure if you can clear the message without replacing the bulb. If you hit the cycle menu button, it may, but not sure - It would probably come back on anyway.

Well. I also got an old farmall cub, my great grandfather bought it new, a gator HPX and a Deere 5410(85hp) but they see most of their time at the family farm about a mile down the road. Oh and a radio flyer!

Thanks dconine, I'm going to play with the wires and see if it'll work. I can't tell you the last time I used the blinker through so I can't imagine the bulb would be burned.

Cycling the menu will clear it, but it will come back on until the bulb is replaced.

You are right on ........ can never have too many toys. That Farmall Cub is a little gem and was great in it's day. I bought a well used 1949 Cub like yours in the mid sixtys and completely restored it -- rebuilt the engine, fixed hydraulics, replaced some parts including tires, and painted it with all new decals. Served me well for many years pushing snow, mowing lawn, gardening, and hauling fire wood. Someone offered me way more than it was worth (so I thought at the time) so I sold it.
Having been in the family since new, your Cub has priceless sentimental value.

Trust me, the Farmall is not for sale, it's a fun machine, and it's been getting some good rest lately. One day when I give it to my great grand kid I'll say this was your great grandpa's great grandpa. It sure does have a lot of sentimental value though:thumbsup:
