Snow cabs, commercial & home builds

I have a thread asking about soft sided cabs from covermytractor.com. Has anyone had experience with them? I like the design it looks like it would be versatile but pricey for a soft side cab. Thinking about ordering one. I wish I had more time to experiment with designs like you so good luck. I think your on track with something that protects in the winter but can easily be taken of and stored in the summer.

Yes i did the the conopy in orange for my bx2660. and i like it alot..also got the free heater that works very nice. Had to modify the back for the rear snowblower. middle lift would hit canvas. Pricy but nice.:thumbsup:

Timber, when you come up with something please keep us informed because I'm sure there is a lot of guys that would build something especially if it's cheap and easy to handle. Please document it as you build it. Thanks :thumbsup:

The problem I think you are going to have with your setup is that the snow will stick to it and you will need to bang on the windshield to get it off, or get out periodically to clean it off which is a hassle. I had a problem with a similar setup on my ATV which is pictured on page one of this thread. This is why I say I would definitely want glass in the front with a windshield wiper.
