When I close my 3 point hitch valve (under the seat) it appears that the loader moves slower. I know the 3 point connects to the power beyond of the loader, so there is some kind of relation between the two. Do I have a case, or am I being paranoid?

There is no correlation whatsoever between the 3PT hitch rate-of-drop adjustment and the speed of your FEL.

Cold hydraulic fluid? Partial clogged hydraulic filter? How many hours on filter? Moisture in hydraulic fluid, with ice crystals? Hydraulic fluid ever changed?

Not sure of hours on filter, fluid looks clean and clear, but cold may be an option. It's was -5 the day I noticed it. I guess the fluid could have just warmed up enough to make me think it was the valve.

I'm almost certain it's the cold fluid. I was running my TC48 in about 15 degree weather, and I could tell the hydraulic loader worked a bit slower. Warmed up after about 20 minutes.
