I have a Bx 2360 and was gonna get a 48" cat 1 aerator that weighs 240 lbs empty. You can fill drum with liquid another 238 lbs if you want, don't think I would need to add liquid but my ?? is would I need to add weight to front end with the weight of the aerator by itself??? Don't want to be doing wheelies in my yard.:D:laughing:

Depending on your soil type you most likely WILL need to add weight to the aerator. I have a 72" that weighs 525 dry and i add an additional 500lbs to it making a total of around 1k, it only drives about 2-1/2 inches into my heavy clay soil. I had to add 250 lbs of front weight as the fronts got light on steep hills. If your land is fairly flat i would think you should be ok. Hilly land will be questionable.

i have the same set up on a bx2200 its a load. not sure the weight
but it does a good job have a loader so it helps balance it out.
it has fluid not sure how much. dad has a hilly yard when i take it
to his house i have to use low. start turning about 20 foot before you need to.
