PS.. as an update.
the code enforcement officer that covers my area of the county gave me her cell number and now has mine..
she will call me each time someone complains.
had to come out again yesterday, take more pics... animals came to fence.. so i didn't have to show up.. this time she left a white tag saying she had been there, case closed.
whoever this is.. they live in my community and are now frantically calling.
I talked to my neighbor last night.. told him what's been happening.. and he was aware of the first couple times too.
Anyway.. early this am when he heard my diesel start up as I was leaving for work, he rushed out of his garage and flagged me down.
seems last night around 6:30pm aft I had went to work and talked to him, he was leaving his property and stopped behind his gate to pick up some trash that blew into his yard.
a black toyota highlander drove down my fenceline at a snails pace, then parked nearly in his driveway and the driver, a woman, was leaning her neck around trying to look diagonally down the right of way that seperates me and my neighbors property, so she could see my back yard.
my neighbor say this.. and at first thought she was trying to get into his driveway, then figured it out.. that she had to pull that far down to see behind my house and into my back property. when he walked around the gat, she saw him and sped off around the corner. he hopped into his truck and went down the road .. we live on a big closed loop with 3 cul-de-sac's, and then a common entrance/exit to ahighway.
by the time he got out of his driveway she ws gone.. probably means she parked in a garage close by..
i got a pretty good idea it must be 'her', and she was checking to see if my animals had been picked up after her multiple calls? now.
i also did find out another tidbit after talking to the animal control officer.
normally you can call animal control for animal noise complaints, like dogs barking.. etc. however.. in our county, if it is ag zoned land.. you can't.. cows mooing, chickens crowing, pigs oinking, dogs barking, etc.. apparrently is allowd on ag zoned land.. i;m A-1, etc. not that htis has any bearing on me.. but.. I guess if the lady ?? gets nowhere ont he horses she might omplain about my dogs.
code enforcement woman mentioned this...she's seen this behavior before...
