Thinking about dropping Ferguson TO-30 oil pan

Hello Friends,

I am in the middle of an oil change on the ol' TO-30, getting ready for spring. The oil filter canister had a little sludge in it. Im thinking about dropping the pan and giving it a good clean. Ive never done it on a tractor before. I dropped the pan on my Chevy LUV truck way back in the 80's when I was a kid. Didnt seem like a big deal, but everybody seems to act like doing that is a hairy deal.

Isn't it just a gasket and some bolts? Get the gasket on order, drop the pan, clean her out real nice, put it back together - maybe slap a little sealant on it, and kaboom! All done.

Any thing Im missing?

Just make sure you can get all the pan and the pan bolts out near the front axle pivot point. I've split them before but the only time I took off a pan, the engine was separated from the rest of the tractor.
