The 825i has the belt tranny. Some may call it weak, but I don't see the problem with it. And it's not like it's an expensive part that would break on the other tranny's. I have had 3 Gators, a 6x4, 4x2 and my current HPX. In the thousands of hours between them, not one belt has broken. I use my machines, but definitely don't abuse them. I really question how people break these belts, they are not just hauling timber around. Somebody's trying to pull California Redwoods over or something:laughing: Some of the other tranny's definitely have their advantages, but I really wouldn't cross the belt off my list.
The 825i is an excellent machine, largest cargo bed capacity, 50! HP engine, 44MPH. It's a sweet machine. I think you would be extremely pleased with it, not to say you wouldn't with any other UTV.
