What is a good discount off list price for a skid steer?

I was looking at a Case SR-150 skid steer that lists for $30,540. Anybody know what is a reasonable discount to ask for on this or a similar new unit? I see that the State of Minnesota gets a 28% discount on their units.

The state buys them by truckload by the lowest bid. You are buying one. Lucky to get 10%. Cash doesn't count too much either because they make money on the financing IMHO & experience. Sorry.
