Thanks for the replies everyone!

yes, it does come with a FEL, which more than a few people have told me will hinder its maneuverability, but I NEED the FEL for the stuff I want to do. He says the "tires are not loaded", I assume this means they are wearing down, not great condition. It has a 3 point hitch, as well as weights (just looks like broken up cement blocks on the rear to give it weight).

I am going to look at it this weekend. Thanks everyone for all the insight!

What he meant by the tires not being loaded was that they have no fluid in them. You can fill the back tires with fluid (around 80%) to add weight for extra traction. The fluid is usually calcium cloride, beet juice or windshield washer fluid (winter variety).

If that tractor is decent shape I would say that $2500 is a good deal considering the accessories.

I agree...2500 is a good deal if it is in decent shape. Also, you will want to get those tires loaded if you have a loader on the tractor (no question about it).

If it s in decent shape, I would think 2500$ is a good price. As per previous reply, looks lile the 860 as a live PTO, wich is a good thing, you can get a use snow blower and use it to clear you driveway. I would think that clearing snow in NH with a plownonly can get odd, specially if you have a long driveway.

Loader can be very very usefull, but w/o power steerin it is limiting your loader work possibility. But if you get the tractor and like it, you can add a power steering kit for uner 1k$ i would think ( I havent really look for the kit price for a 860, and i am just assuming it dose. T have power steering)
