Mahindra 2015HST
Hi all,
I needed parts for my 2016. Filters mostly. I placed an order online at mahindrapartsplus.com back in December. The parts have yet to arrive. I called them yesterday inquiring and was told that their supplier was having problems and that most Mahindra dealers are not able to get parts in either. Anyone else having trouble or was I fed a line?

Update on my parts. I called the people at Mahindra Parts Plus on Tuesday, Feb 22nd to inquire about my order. Mind you, this stuff was ordered in December. I understand about moving a warehouse and delays but some communication would've been nice. Anyhow, the guy said it was going out that day.(really sounded like they had just forgot) Well, the parts arrived yesterday, Feb 27th. No paperwork, packing list or receipt. Just parts. Most of them. The air filter was missing. Well, I called them today and was told, "well sir, there was a problem at Mahindras warehouse and it delayed your order but we can reorder that filter and have it here in a week". Hello!!!!! Does anyone down there check what was shipped vs what was ordered? How about a courtesy email? A back order slip maybe? No, just a box that doesn't have all the parts I ordered. Arrghhhh.

There has been a parts problem, during this move, but Mahindra should be on top of it by now. If most of your parts were filters, had I gotten the order, I would have shipped them directly to you, out of my parts stock, so you didn't have to wait. I would think where you ordered them from should have been able to do the same, but then I am not running their business. I hope they get it squared away with you soon.

We visited the new parts department two weeks ago, along with a lot of dealers that were invited as part of the Mahindra national dealer meeting. It is really nice, and they are working feverishly getting everything back on the shelves. The parts guys and gals are great, they work hard and are really into tractors and parts! Nothing but good ahead.

Like a lot of dealers, we carry a bunch of filters and common fast moving parts. Mahindra told the dealers ahead of time to expect "parts pain" for about a month during the move and to stock up. Even so, there have been some issues during the move. But that doesn't mean the dealer gets off the hook for poor communication, and the dealer should have had adequate stock of filters. It's not like the parts move was a surprise.

Doesn't Dave have a great way with words. I am always so impressed with how he puts things into words. Hats off to Dave, he is a big asset to us here at TBN.

Mahindra has moved its parts department/warehouse, the move was around the end of Dec into Jan. and was closed for a bit. Things where backed up a bit but improving.
What parts did they not have instock? filters? We should have filters in stock and can help you if needed(what model ? 2015? as there is no 2016) New England Tractor, Mahindra Parts, Mahindra Tractors, Farm Equipment, Befco Parts, Tisco Parts

I agree with the general theme of this thread - I needed a hydrualic implement pump for a 3215HST - took about 2 weeks for it to show up. The normal lead time was 4 days. Was told the same thing, that the warehouse had moved. My local dealer did a good job pushing the warehouse to get it in. Overall, I was very pleased with my local dealer.

A a higher level, I can say that I was disapponted with Mahindra. I mean, if you're in the business to sell parts, and you can't find the parts, then you've got a fundamental problem. What's worse, is that you can't expect the general consumer to be accepting of the issue, right? Not the kind of performance I would expect from a winner of the Demming Prize. Regardless, I hope that Mahindra will do some kind of "lessons learned" and be better in the long run.
