Seems high for a non-cab model, low hours or not. What are you doing with the tractor? I had a 1533L and found it plenty powerful for everything that I was doing - mowing, bush hogging, loader work, pulling a massive New Holland tractor that weighed twice the 1533, chipping, light forestry work, snow plowing, etc. It would be hard for me to justify the cost increase of the 60hp engine - looking at the tasks I was doing it doesn't seem necessary to have that power. I have used it for the last 18 months getting my 15 acre farm in shape, and am only trading it in because I'm doing more ag oriented work, and the 1533L is too small for some tasks, and it won't pull a small square baler. My 2008 1533L was $16k in mid-2010 with 240 hours.
I always thought that if you really needed a 60hp machine it would be better in a larger frame tractor... 25K can get you alot of tractor these days - or less tractor and more attachments/toys. Also keep in mind that high HP is nice, but useless is you can't get that power to the ground effectively.
Good luck in your search.
