I ordered a new MC519 cart with the blower for my mower early this week, the dealer wasn't sure how much trouble this would be to modify, I guess I will find out in a few days. Any input would be appreciated.

I have a 3 point on my 455. It's simple to unpin the arms and then you use the same pins and holes to hook up the 519 bracket. No great need to fabricate your own - it all works well.

Thanks Tim,
I am also adding a hydraulic top link for the IMatch and wan't to keep it all hooked up. I use this mower for commercial work, so changing implements on the fly is important, bad enough to have to add/delete the deck. If it looks problematic I will do as you say.

Having the 3 pt, seems that something could be designed that would open the cart top when the 3 pt was raised so the cart would dump. May even be easier to design with the addition of the hyd. top link.

I bought a hyd. dump for my cart years back, and not having to get off to dump the cart is a real treat.

You make a good point, as I am adding a hydraulic top link next week or so. I could install a diverter at the back or simply unplug the top link and hook up the lift cylinder hoses and set it up as you have done.

I appreciate you posting the picture as it makes it easy to see how the cart hooks up. I think it shoult adapt to IMatch easily. I have a horizontal drawbar that has been sitting in my shed for 15 years, looks like a good use for it.

What I really wanted was a hydraulic dump type that could dump into my PJ dump trailer

It was a while ago that I bought mine, but have heard they still sell them. Several that I know have them around here.

I back my rig onto the trailer and dump it. Use the tipped up box as a push bar to bulldoze and pack it further back and higher. Seems to work quite handy that way.

Thanks for the info on the lift kit. I was thinking this past weekend that I could back up the ramps to unload inside my dump trailer. The current ramps are heavy and cumbersome as they are designed to be used with a skidsteer. Think I will build some lighter ramps for the x749 that would make this whole scenario work much better. Thanks again for all the tips and information.

I also purchased a used MC519 cart and blower for my 445. I believe it did take a connector bracket for it. However I have a 3 point hitch on my 445. What I did was to make the 3PH arms easily removable by using pins with hairpins. I then use the brackets that the 3PH arms conect to with the pins in the brackets. For me it works great. I am sure that you will love the MC519 system and you will find that the blower and top removes very easily and you can use the cart as a motorized wheelbarrow.

I would advise that a chain be installed to creat a stop when you dump the cart. with out a stop, you can break the lift cusion cylinder.

Do you have a pic of the lift system you use? Would be interesting to see how it is rigged up.
Not sure what the cusion cylinder is, but maybe just a typo.

The cushion cylinder is not really a lift cylinder, it just cushions it from ramming up or slamming down fast. It is what came with it and broke. I bought a new one but did not get the new end that broke. That Is why I reccomend to put a chain on for the upward stop. That is why mine broke.

Actually it works on the same principle as a screen door cylinder.
