GC2410 price check

Dogscape-- the amount of weight that backhoe puts on the rears.... you'd be well off to take it off anyway when mowing, I think.

My two cents; I always have it off in the summer unless I'm digging with it or using the thumb to lift logs or something. (And then only with the FEL on the front for balance!)

Very happy to hear that MF is back to including the 3PH arms!

DigginanDitch - we paid $15,600 for a new 2310 TLB back in 2005. To bad our local dealer left the area. 2nd choice was Kubota BX series ...... have 2 dealers close by.

Yah, I got the '12 2610, and it did come with the hitch.

But now I learned you cant use the mower deck if the backhoe is on.

Yes you can. Just unhook the lift arm links.

Not true anymore... MF started doing that for about a month. They then switched back to installing it as a standard feature. My local MF dealer installed them anyway during the month.

BTW - Just bought a new 2012 MF GC2410 TLB - $15500. It has the 3pt hitch installed. Sweet tractor!

May I ask where you bought it for $15500?

How good is the mmm on the TLB ( 2410 and 2610 )? Does it compare to the 1026r from Deere or the kubotas? Not trying to start a debate. Just wondering how it ranks as a mower

No experience with the Deere mower, but I've had excellent results with the 60" MMM on my 2310.

Does a better job than my old push mower, even though I was always being careful (slow) with it. The MMM makes a very clean & thorough cut. (Let's not even talk about how much faster it is...) Slopes are also no problem, though I do have to raise it just a bit going over "the hump."

My neighbor who has a BX25 and a 60" MMM says it looks like they came down the same assembly line. The only downside is, the adjustersfor the rear guide wheels on the deck don't have pin holes in them so that you can turn them 90ー sideways to make the deck easier to slide out from under the tractor. I'm going to fix that shortly. ;)
