Need help with 2320 Electrical, anyone have a service manual?

Having problems with my 2320 starting. It looks like my fuel shut off solenoid is not getting voltage, I know there is a relay that controls it but I don't know which one or where it is.

Having problems with my 2320 starting. It looks like my fuel shut off solenoid is not getting voltage, I know there is a relay that controls it but I don't know which one or where it is.

there are relays and a control timer involved with the fuel pull in solenoid. as far as I can tell they are all located behind the lower dash panel.
the relays are:
K3 fuel pull in relay wires: yellow, green, white/black, & blue
K4 control relay wires: black/red, red, orange, & green

the control timer is:
A2 pull in timer wires: green, black/red, yellow, and a 2nd green

Fuse:
F2 wires: red & red(on mine, it is not in the little fuse panel behind the muffler)

If the F2 fuse is blown the tractor WILL crank but not fire
