Finally got a chance to mount my bush hog on my new JD and cut. It worked great and is a lot easier to control with a smaller tractor. A five foot cutter on a big old 2030 was always hitting stuff or banging around. The CUT handles it beautifully and I can actually see what I'm doing. But I got rained on after about a half hour. Had to run the mile home in the rain. Will finish next week.

But I am glad to see the rain. We've been behind this year.

Been feeling a little jealous reading about all you folks busy working your tractors so I thought I would let you see the craftsman project I worked on this past winter. The pictures were taken today while I was working my drive way to get ready for a concrete delivery this tuesday. As you should be able to see I put electric actuators on my sleve hitch and front bucket. I worked the little craftsman pretty hard today tearing up my gravel drive. Hope the pictures turned out ok. have been trying to grow for quite a few years. must be a nack, or ground that will grow some.

This is my first attempt. I bought the trees from our State Conservation Dept very cheaply and planted them on the edges of the timber.

Hauled in the first of many loads of scrap ..$1150 for this little lot was nice Dont mind a nice afternoon on a 44 mile round trip for that .

They take fuel tanks up there by you? That is a no no here. If that went 2 ton I would be surprised, what did they class that as? Here it would unprepared and car bodies, both less than the prepared price. I'd take that money any day of the week!!

Decided it's to cool out there for me so I gave up this idea up.
I did however manage to lock myself out of the house .
