I'll consider that as an order and get it shipped right away. Thanks Brian.

Dave, I still need to convince my neighbor to get a 4035. As far as a 5035 for me, I'll have to hold off for awhile. I sure would like to have a set of those front tires for my 7520 though.

I was told the Woods bush hog had shear pins vs. the Rhino had a slip disk with would be better for me considering I have a bunch of small trees (4-5ft) in my fields. I neglected mowing it the past 2 years and the trees have taken it over. With all these trees I would go through a box of new shear bolts in no time.

There are pluses and minus's to the shear pin vs. clutch setup. Clutch requires maintainence and adjustment and checking to be sure it works. shear pins just a minute to change out. Also if you use common sense with the trees (come down on them slowly, don't feed the "hog" too fast.) you won't shear the pins. Not saying the clutch is not a good thing, just be aware of the added responsibilty, the clutch is not a set it and forget it device.

I ordered my Woods with a slip clutch and front and rear safety chains. The price for the safety chains made the Woods $100 over the Rhino for me. The base mower was the same price. Our new property is currently an active hay field, at least this year, so little to no brush in my case. I understand growing grass takes more power than dry brush.

Where did you buy your Woods? From TAC enterprise? Because the owner quoted me $100 more for it than the Rhino.

Yes, buying it from TAC Enterprises. He quoted me the same price for the Woods and the Rhino, but the front and rear chains were extra and were $100 more for the Woods over the Rhino.

Ok, thanks - I think now I remember him saying you can get the Woods with sheer bolts or a slip disk. Just curious, how much difference it is for the chain instead of the standard rubber skirt?

$400 for the Rhino, $500 for the Woods. Base price for both mowers was the same, did not include the chains but did include slip clutch.
