Value of L3540

I'm putting my '08 L3540 w/ HST, QA, LA724 and the larger bucket to go with it. The machine has 199hrs on it and has been parked outside (gasp :ashamed. What would be a fair price to move this machine for? I've seen a lot of ad's on tractorhouse (?) selling for the $19k range, but those mainly are dealership ads and I"m not confident that is a 'real world' price.

Also selling a set of QA forks (best investment ever!), a 4' (old) tiller, box blade and yard rake along with a 16'+4' trailer as a package deal.

Would appreciate anyone's input on the fair market value.

A fellow near us has a L-3240 with a 524 loader for 18,500 with 260 hours.

If I could sell a John Deere x748 with a 60" MMM, 47" snow blower and 7x12 utility trailer for $12,500 (in 2 days on Craig's list) I'm thinking you won't have any trouble commanding near $21-24K for that tractor, trailer, and implements.

I bought a New Holland TC24D with FEL, 60" Woods Bush Hog and mid mount mower in 2003 for 20k used as well. Don't short change yourself.

Granted zero / 60 financing on a brand new L3540 isn't helping your cause, but all you can do is try and work down in your negotiations.

Just my opinion, but I've had a pretty good record selling used machines in short order by pricing them right.

My dealer offered me a deal on a 150 hour, L3240 with loader for $19k.

You will likely do much better selling the implements separately. Not all your buyers want, or need all those implements. As a buyer I might take them from you, but I'm not going to up my offer on the package to pay for things I don't want.
