To TUBE or not to TUBE: that is the qestion?

I am already using the max I feel safe about inflating them to. I believe they say "never exceed 35PSI when seating the bead" and I try to keep them around 30-32psi

Then the walls must be broken down from too much weight while under inflated at some time in the past. You shouldn't have much flatness on the bottom of the tire with your loader totally full of dirt or manure. Same if you are carrying a tree across the bucket if the hydraulics will lift it.
Something isn't matched up. Either not enough air or tires not rated for the weight you are subjecting them too.

How about a regular bead sealing compound.?? Saw some at Advance Auto parts for like $8 a can. Looks like a brush applicator. Break 'em down, brush, and air them back up. And not near the mess of slime, if you need to replace the tire.

Just thought I'd throw that option in there.

Are you sure you don't have a honey locust spine in the one that's leaking?
They are hard to see and sometimes barely leak under normal load.
I've had a leak problem on my Ford 3910 front tires many times in the past and couldn't find them. When I'd take them in they usually found 2-3 honey locust splines sticking through the tire and into the tube. This is a 2 wheel drive tractor with the 3 rib design which leaves lots of room for splines to get in between the ribs in the thinner rubber part. Even a 4WD front tire is no match for a honey locust spine.:)

Nope, no leaky thorns. Windex reveals that the tires slowly leak all around the bead. Not much, but enough. It will drop maybe 5PSI over a 24hr period.

There isnt much flatness on the bottom when the tires are at 30PSI. They actually carry the load pretty well without bulging or looking flat.

But when geting down in muck or dirt, where the front tires sink in past the rim-bead connection point, I think some of that dirt finds its way into the bead.

I keep my fronts at 40 when I'm going to use the FEL. I had all kinds of problems till I did that.

You may need to remove the leaky tire again, clean the tire and rim seal area and use some rim sealer then.
Have you replaced or checked the tightness of your valve core lately and around the valve body for leaks?
If you see bubbles with windex you have probably located the problem. Mark the rim and tire at the leaky spots before you take it off with a crayon. Then concentrate on looking at these areas on both the tire and the rim. When you put the tire back on rotate it so the crayon marks do not line up anymore.
I hate slow leaks. Had one in our Jeep for 4 years. When I got new tires they replaced some shim on the metal valve stem. No fix a flat or other junk in newer car tires or it will screw up the electronic pressure sensors.

My front tires have tire sealant in them. However, they were also leaking at the bead (sealant was oozing out) when I was cleaning out my pond with heavy mud in the bucket. I did increase the pressure in the tires, as Pacerron says, and the leaking stopped.

I've got the front tires filled with foam on my TC29. Never have to worry about a flat and the ride they give is pretty good, they will flex a little when driving over sharp objects.

Just something to think about.

I wouldn't worry about the warnings on the side of the tire and bump them
up to about 50PSI cold and see if that helps.

How much over the max spec are you guys upping the pressure to??? And do you have Ag's or R4's??

I guess I never thought of that. IF you dont mind my asking, how much did that cost? And what kind of places do foam filling? Cause I dont know any off the top of my head around me that do it.
