A GREAT EXAMPLE OF TOO MUCH GOVERNMENT Some of YOU BEING HUNTERS, I thought you would enjoy this Read and these attachments. The first is an official report to the TCEQ and EPA about a hunter who DARED to use the woods as his potty while out hunting. But the response from the County Judge of Limestone County is great! All you hunters check this attachment out. This is why we need to abolish the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the EPA.

I love the response, too. But if I were downstream of someone who were planning to pipe their new toilet into the stream, I wouldn't complain if an environmental agency shut it down. There is some inchoate difference between messing in a cat-hole in the woods vs having a toilet deliberately shunted into the waterway. I know there are fish, birds, cattle etc doing the same thing. It just seems wrong to do it deliberately...

Hmmm, I don't believe that letter from the "Judge" is legitimate. Humorous, but it smells like a sham (pardon the pun).:D

In TEXAS the the elected official that runs the county is called the County Judge.

I do not know... but it I would not put it past some of them Still Funny!

Funny but you posted it as a complaint against too much gov. I don't see any humor in someone piping their ******* right into a creek.

I never saw where his setter was piped to the creek only that it was reportedly planned to be piped to the creek, big difference.

Well, maybe the letter is legit:

"The Texas Constitution vests broad judicial and administrative powers in the position of county judge, who presides over a five-member commissioners court, which has budgetary and administrative authority over county government operations."

Even so, it sounded a bit in left field to me. Unless, of course, the majority of the voters are hunters.
