Love my new Lincoln K1297 AC DC welder

I have used my old reliable Lincoln AC welder for about 30 years now. Just started having problems welding with 7018 rods on it. Was just able to get a new K1297 AC DC welder. I purchased it from Home Depot for $387 dollars with free UPS delivery right to my door. Live in Delaware so there was no sales tax. It did have some damage to the bottom of the cabinet from shipping but I didn't feel like the hassle of sending it back. It works great. Set the welder to DC plus at 125 and can weld with 7018's just like a pro. I put a sign on my old welder and set it by the road for $100 and it sold in less then a half hour to someone who had a need for it. I think my new welder will outlast me.
