MF135
I just bought a MF 135 with the perkins 3 cylinder diesel in it. It has a Du-Al front end loader and a Ford backhoe on it. It runs awesome just in rough shape cosmetically. A lot of the tins are missing and it leaks a little Hyd fluid from some of the hoses. The FEL and the backhoe are ran of a separate pump on the front of the tractor. What kind of recommendations for Hyd fluid do yall have since it is a stand alone hyd system.

Can't help with the fluids but CONGRATULATIONS. I grew up on a 135 and 45 yrs later I yearn for another.

First of all, welcome to TBN. Sounds like you have a real workhorse. I'd love to have a front end loader on mine, and with that backhoe you have it all. If your thinking of sprucing it up may require removing both ends. Post some pictures. -robert

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your tractor. The Massey 135 are classic tractors.

You can take a look at this thread for the hydraulic info... http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/.../84414-massey-135-hydraulic-fluid-refill.html

I read that thread before I registered for the web site. I have a separate hyd system aside from the PTO/tranny system. The pump is off the front of the engine. I was thinking I could use the cheaper Napa HO fluid for that hyd system since it does not run through the tranny. I am still going to have to buy some UTF for the tranny also since it is barely on the stick. I will post pics in a bit.

I was also wondering where a good place is to buy all the stuff I need for the 3 point. It is missing all the arms and linkage.
