My New MCS 3-Bagger Keeps Bending the Tongue on My 2320 - Normal?

As the title describes I bought a 3 bagger MCS last fall from the dealer and the very first time I cut the grass this year, the tongue on the hitch bent. I took it too the dealer and he said I overfilled it. He heated it up, bent it back and resprayed it. I've used it x2 since then, making sure to not even get it close to being too full and it's already starting to bend again!

To me (I'm no physicist but) the way they have this set up, the tongue looks inherently too long and appears that this is going to continue to happen unless the lever is shortened. Seriously I can't imagine my grass is any heavier than anybody else's

Anybody else have this issue?

Don't see this bagger in jdparts. What is the model number?
I only see the 580l and 750l dump carts for the 2320, which have caster wheels. Maybe this is shown under a smaller tractor and applied to yours.

Regardless, go back to the dealer (IMO) as the steel tongue should hold whatever is in the three bags and may have to be beefed up to handle the speed and loads that you carry. Either Deere or you may need to add some steel or shorten the tongue.

I have filled mine to the brim, and never had an issue. Mines about 5 years old, mabe they changed it..

I have one for my 2320 and I don't even come close to bending the tongue. Are you sure there isn't some kind of interference with the three point lift arms?

You are supposed to be using the 3pt hitch top link as part of the connection. Are you using this? If so, do you adjust it in tight upon installation?

It is not connected to anything else besides the hitch. The dealer installed it... hmmm.

Anybody have a picture of what the set-up is suppose to look like? I'm stuck at work for a bit.

Let me go home and look at the manual...

UPDATE - I reviewed the manual and that is absolutely suppose to be connected. Obviously this is the extra bit of support that the MCS needs and why without it my tongue was bending. Gunna call the service manager at my local dealership and let him know.
