I wish I had taken some pics of the last time I got "worried" as I tried to drive my B3300 through the woods, when I "should" have known better. I knew that if I could get to the area I wanted to do some work at I would be OK but getting there was the challenge since I had to drive about 400 feet through the woods on a trail. Of course I made it half way when the bottom fell out. The front two wheels disappeared as the frame came to rest on the ground. Luckily the rears never sank below the rim edge. The weather forecast was for heavy rains over the next few days so I knew I had to get it back out or it would have to sit there a month or more. I unhooked the rear blade and hand drug it out of the way. Then I used a shovel to put some logs under the rears and proceed to back myself out a foot or so at a time using the FEL (I don't have a BH) and judicious use of the 4 wheel drive. It took a while to back out the 50 feet or so till I got back on hard enough ground that the machine would pull itself with the wheels only. Such fun we get ourselves into.

I am fortunate to have the backhoe. If it weren't for that feature I could not have justified buying the tractor. Too much trench work to be done. Nevertheless, I had to use the loader as well to get me out of that one!
