A little more information would be needed to make a recommendation, like what are your ideas, tasks,location.

Overall great tractors but it's newer model has three ranges instead of two! Don't worry though as many of the lower tech brands only offer two ranges even today!
I think about the two models: B2400 and GB20 Granbia. Link seller:

B2400 I have seen personally was going to, but requires adaptations to employment. Mainly lack of starting fluid to the front. I also would be safe.
Traktor is needed to work in the winter in the city to remove snow. Must be ready to work for 8-10 hours. I don't know on the tractor, this will be the first purchase and I don't want to do the error. May have other models of max 25-30 KM to view. I have used tractor at the beginning, but so that I could fix in the future.
