Jinma 4x4 Hard to Shift

never heard of this before nor did I ever slam my 4X4 into gear this way Sorry but I have to completely disagree

I just missunderstood his post. I will say though I allmost never had to move my 254 to get it into 4w, not saying I never did, but for the most part it shifted without any trouble. I just read into his post more then I should have, my stupidity . I do agree with what was wrote, you can ignore my absent mindedness

No problem. Like others have said its just light pressure put on the lever and it will go right into 4x4. Same with the diff lock but it seems for it my trick is to turn the truck slightly from left to right why rolling forward.
