I'm quite surprised you're having any problems. My 4400 (just about the same PTO HP as your 3520) with a 72" mower doesn't even breath hard in thicker, taller grass.

I just regret not getting the load match feature (i think its what its called). I knew nothing about the machine and when he mentioned it, i said "no thanks". i thought it was just more unnecessary ad on crappp. The salesman should have explained it more and sold me on it. Woulda been a useful feature. Can you tell me if this feature is an easy add on?

My 4400 doesn't have load match and I think you'll have to ask your dealer if it can be a field installation.
However, with the HP your 3520 puts out, you should have no problems at all. You are running at PTO RPM, correct?
How's does it do without the AC on?

you have loadmatch on your tractor, just not the switch to turn it on or off. you have to do it in the display settings which your owner manual should explain?? its probably turned on from the factory if i remember right.

The tech manual does for sure.

I ordered up the switch from green parts store online for mine. there is a procedure in the tech manual which tells how to make the tractor recognize the switch is hooked up. The switch was around 20$. now i can turn it on and off just like the pre-2008 models were. The newer tractors have the wiring harness just no switch.

i like being able to switch it on and off. for some tasks its nice, others its fun to at least try either way. makes a big difference sometimes.
