Heres rattlesnake that left us no option as far as letting it be,almost bite my 15 year old son ! :(
Maybe 6/8 months ago.

Also years ago I ran into Komodo dragon,not native to Fla. Tried to rope him/her and thought better of it and got in truck to live to fight another day. The pics of these are not of the one I came across. :)

Boone, you sure seem to have the environment for critters to grow to maximum size there in Florida. I think it's criminal that folks have brought in all the exotic and dangerous species and then let them go in the wild. Pythons and Komodo Dragons are just two that do well in the swamps. Anacondas will probably be the next dangerous snake. How long before our dry plains are infested with cobras and mambas? The mesquite thickets of Texas woudl be ideal places for mambas to hang out. Scary!:mad:

Yes Sir You sure are right ! Also hurricanes factor in the equiasion when they tear stuff up and wild animals get loose. When I was a boy we even had monkeys(small squirrel types) running around back then in Dade County.Exotic birds you would,nt believe.

What I forgot to put in this post was oncassion We will cacht weird types of what I believe are South American fish here in our canal and river systems. And I 'am not talking about peacock bass other weird looking type fish with pranah type teeth.
