I wish some of our government regulators would, at the very least, take lessons from the NCAA...
Don't you guys think the old saying...."Follow The Money applies here ? Maybe we should examine the money trail that develops from this situation...Much money will change hands...some we will know about and I'll bet some will be under the table....Just sayin'
That's usually the case...just as it was in the "hush up" of the events that took place at PSU
Yep - that's the way I figure it...but also the "victims" that have waited over a decade or more to come forward...hmmm? are they really that injured ...I mean if they were really accosted...why wait to come forward....to cash in ?

I think the penalties were not severe enough, I think PSU should be banned from sports for the foreseeable future and the NCAA itself should not get off without significant blame. A major university covering up child rape to protect what, a football team winning some games? Unbelievable that this could happen. I am astonished that there are supporters of PSU or NCAA football thinking the penalties were too harsh and should be relaxed. Children were raped by the University system, that is a huge, huge violation in a civilized country.
The University did not covere up the rapes. Individuals covered up the rapes and these are the people who should be punished. Players on today's PSU football team are in no way responsible for the actions of the people who did make the decisions years ago.

Dan
