Thank you, Kubota 2007... You do the same!

Very good postI can't argue with that.. I'm sure I'd do the same, and never being a businessman, I can't explain why that is. Maybe higher overhead in some localities than others?? I just don't know. That's really not what rubbed my fur the wrong way here. I just could not understand why another dealer's name had to be dragged through the mud, rather than simply state what a great experience was offered by another. No problems with that!
The great thing about the US of A is that it's a free marketplace. One can research a seek the best possible deal. We all do that, and no one's arm gets twisted to favor one seller over another. It's also OK to post if a person was genuinely treated badly or unscrupulously, but that was not the case here. And, as a disclaimer, I have bought items from Messick's, but I've also bought from other dealers in my area. There have been times I thought I might have been able to do a little better pricewise, but I'm sure not by much, and I always second guess my decisions. They've all seemed to do right by me, but I also need to remind myself from time to time that a businessman needs to make a living, provide jobs for the community, feed his own family as well as those of his employees, pay taxes to many different governments, hopefully make a few charitable contributions, and on and on. You get the idea. So, yes I agree, shop for the best price you can find. Charity begins at home, and we need to be savvy how we spend our funds.
There have been times that I've gotten bad deals or bad service. I go away, lick my wounds, and promise to try to do better in the future. I DON"T publicly trash someone's name over it, particularly if the deal was never even consummated. But... That's just me.

I oedered quite a few parts from lashleys. I always check for the best price and they are always cheaper and free shipping. Shipping is always about 3 days.
I wonder if these two Lashley locations are part of the same concern??
