05 Kubota RTV front drive shaft replacement

Hi,

I wouldnt call my self a newbe but more like experience auto mechanic... I am looking for infomation/how-to's to replace the front drive shaft... How to video on youtube or something.... Maybe a pdf of a repair book... I have replaced the back ones so i know a little of how they come apart. Any help here would be great, I did call the local dealer. The tech told me when I found out how to let him know. They do not repair them at his shop but ship them off... So hes got no experience or training with it...

Thanks, ill be waiting for a responce. Just dont want to go into this blind...

thanks, being a newbie to the site i found this one first. Not want to post multiple under different places i figure i would give it a day or two and if no responce post there also... Thanks

If you own a RTV you may want to add the other site to your favorites and frequent it to help others and get help. I have Kubota tractors and an RTV so I visit the Kubota tractor owners/buying site and the RTV site on a regular basis (all 3 sites) but I don't frequent and rarely(never) go to any other brands sites. Takes enough time to do the brand I own . You may feel you can't help others but visit the other site and you may be surprised and if you are able to help another owner they will be glad your over there.

I did it, and there was a little trick involved with the CV joint that I'm sorry I have forgottem.

As I remember, it was not that bad except forthe price of the parts.
