Did I win a prize?

Bingo!

Last night, I happened to be watching it on TV and thought I'd have some fun with it. I've always liked those old 60's science fiction TV series, cheezy special effects and all. Being that the tractor I'm restoring was made in 1966, things like this also help me to connect with the time period, when life was much simpler than it is today.

I found that you can watch the entire episode online. I'm saving it for one of my sleepless nights.

There were some really good episodes, actually...

I recommend "The Architects of Fear" and "The Demon with the Glass Hand".

As far as the special effects...well, it was TV and 1960's vintage.

I have them all on DVD as well as complete digital copies (backups) stored on my media server.

Yes, I agree that they were really good episodes, and the special effects help to lend to the overall feel of the shows. They actually had a story line, unlike some of the modern stuff that seems to lack any sort of real creativity. The Twilight Zone by Rod Serling is also another of my favorite series.

"The Sixth Finger" and "The Inheritors" were also quite good...

I also enjoyed many of the Twilight Zone series...I did prefer the Outer Limits though. Both series were fairly adult in nature....my preference, even though I was 13 when the Outer Limits began in 1963.

Here's another series...Way Out. That's almost impossible to find though. I think some of the old Boris Karloff series "Thriller" are online...might check those out.

Just imagine how nice it would be if we had this guy to solve our tractor problems for us. Just look at the size of that noggin. :confused2:

I've probably seen all of those when they were new, along with the Twilight Zone stuff...Twilight Zone has stuck with me all of these years, All I have to see is a few snippets and I can recall whether I have seen it or not. I'll have to admit, that in the 60's I was more interested in school, women and fine wines, not necessarily in that order.

Hmmm, I'd guess that women was at the top of that list, but aren't you forgetting something? It was the 60's after all. :)
