Try and remove any photos of you and your family from Facebook... you can't.

I guess if you had a FB account you would know how untrue that statement is. In fact, how untrue all that particular conspiracy theory crap is. If you knew the truth, you would know that FB is market driven - paid from advertising. Sheesh. Facial recognition? LOL. Not everyone has a cam on their 'puter, and pictures are unreliable.

Yes you are "forced" to join to view anything.
Not so. You are in charge of your privacy. I could let the world view my stuff if I wanted to but I limit it to my "friends" and certain others. Too many wacko's out there. People that already have FB accounts have no problem viewing.

And anyway would never join any social networking site that would take me as a member :thumbdown:

Ditto, I was on Facebook once to keep in touch with a friend of mine that moved. I added a couple of other people that we also knew, a couple of girls in our office . I got tired of reading posts "I wish this day would end", or "I just had a runny bowel movement", or "I'm all cramped up" etc, I don't give a rats ***** about your body functions .....Mike

I got worried about FB for a second too but then I realized that -oh , wait! My ugly mug is already connected with my name in the Fed's Databases many times over as I have AOA access badges for airports. I've been through many live scan background checks and keep a current customs clearance. No hiding off the grid for me? Wondering if the same could be true already for driver licenses?
