ditto what mike r said on both counts. don't adjust her ABOVE governed speed. just make sure you can make full governed speed.

also when i hooked up to the sled i had it medium throttle i got the chain tight released the cluth so she would move and it did nothing so i gave it full throttle and their was 5 second pause before she started movin started going slowly and started to pick up speed what cause of that?

Sound like you were in too high of a gear. Put it in road gear at an Idle without adjusting the throttle release the clutch slowly and see if it does it again or just stalls. I can take off in road gear with a loaded wagon at an idle and it doesn't get a pause before it moves.

i was in First gear! if i put it in 4th gear with it set to idle and i push the clutch out slowley it will go if i shove the clutch forward real fast it will bog down like it wants to die and start to roll rightaway. when i was hooked to the sled it didn;t die or anythang it kept runing strong like it sat their ran before the tires started to move

now going up a incline on the road in 4th gear it barley take off but in first it go right away i wonder if it just decided to slip at that time i just thought it was to much weight since i was pullin in a bigger class and it just took awhile for the rpms to catch up to pull it
