Tractor has been running fine 39hrs. I have been working on installing a loader. I finally get to the point of hooking up the hydraulic lines tonight. Turn on the tractor no problems, running fine. Slowly tapped the loader lever to move the loader and the rams started to respond.

I then shut the tractor off for a few minutes to see if I needed to make adjustments to the loader before seating it on the tractor. Everything looked ok. I go to start it and it just turns over. Absolutely will not start.

I don't get it!

The book has the hydro ports all mixed up. I tried swapping them around and even disconnected the lines from the loader and it still won't start. I'm not sure if the pump would load the motor etc. I'm not sure how that operates. Does anyone have some insight here? Extremely disappointed. :(

If I had to guess I would say the two are not related. Sounds fuel related.

I talked to two friends with tractors and they said basically the samething. No way the hydraulics have anything to do with it not starting. Everyone else agree with that?

I looked in the tank and I see fuel... The glass filter element looks full too... Can it be empty but I still see fuel in the tank? Guage seemed to work ok and reads 3/4 or so....

Could you have bumped or disconected something on the process of intalling the loader. Just thinking out loud.

It's usually always something like that right... However, between the time the tractor was running and shut off was a matter of five minutes if that and I never touched anything. I started it. Drove it up into the loader let it idle. Shut it off and went to start again and nothing. It makes no sense what so ever.

Is there dark or black smoke coming out exhaust or no smoke at all? If there is black smoke then it is getting fule but not firing strong enough - make sure the rear remote lever isn't locked in engaged. If no smoke or light colored then is probably lack fo fuel - do you here the fuel solenoid click when turn the key on?

I'll take a look to see about the smoke. Can't say I was paying attention to that yesterday... I don't have rear remote either. Typically a four port setup when viewed from the rear of the tractor right? PTO is at the center mark where it always is. Rear implement is down. I'm stumped all the sudden too.

When I turn the key I do hear a click. I think that's the only thing that clicks when you turn the key correct so it must be the solenoid making the sound...

I have a shop manual and I'm putting it to use but could still use some advice...

I went through the steps of bleeding the system. My fuel bowl is full but I did that step as well. Then went to the fuel bleed bolt note in picture with a "1". I unscrewed this a little and fuel leaks out. Crank the engine over and fuel comes pouring out, wife said no bubbles. Tightened it back up and moved to the fuel nozzle holder market in picture with a "2". I opened that one, far left in picture and no fuel comes out, even when cranking... The manual says open one or two.. 1.jpg
