I suspect that the schools seek to teach correct spelling... but not everybody soaks up the bounty from the fount of knowledge.

However, these folks are productive members of our society...they have computers and stuff to sale (sic) .... so, we should be grateful for that. After all, we get bemused and stuff from them all at the same time.

We all make mistakes, that one I can understand.

What I can't understand is, how so many people here use "hydrolic". Especially when you consider it's a tractor forum, so people should be familiar with it. And, there is a spell checker that clearly underlines the word, to show you that you misspelled it?

The most common misspelled word on Craig's list has to be vinyl.
